This picture is easy to place. She was in Washington, DC with the Washington Memorial behind her. I would place this in Spring (th0ugh it could be fall too.)
This picture has to be from the same trip. Grandma is in the middle and her step-mother (Carrie) is just to the right of her. I don't know who the others are.
