Another highlight of the trip was our opportunity to have Ricky Nelson's sons play a concert in memory of their dad. They sang a whole bunch of their dad's music, some of their own, and ended the concert with a tribute to their dad - One More Time. It is a song wishing their dad could come back one more time so they could say good bye to him. (He died in a plane crash when they were young.
The ship always states you shouldn't record anything on stage. The Nelsons said to go ahead and do it. In fact they sold their CD afterwords, autographed it, and took pictures with everyone in the audience who wanted to. They were extremely gracious. What a thrill.
